Rachel Bruhnke - CALIFORNIA ASSEMBLY
A lifelong activist/organizer and longtime Green, Rachel has been on LAGPCC and a delegate to the 2017 Green Party state convention. She was in the Peace Corps in Central America and coordinated "Eco-Cuba" for Global Exchange. Her anti-militarist stance grew from years of seeing firsthand the fruits of US imperialism. Rachel stands for the Green Party's key values: land reform/housing for all, healthcare as a human right, 100% clean energy/sustainable economy, youth inclusion, and a People's Assembly. A high school teacher, Rachel lives on an urban ranch with her daughter and partner in San Pedro. She is on Central SP Neighborhood Council, and the board of Witness for Peace SW.
ROBERT CHRISTIAN "CHRIS" RICHARDSON - CONGRESS
"We have spent our national capital on meaningless wars. Franklin Delano Roosevelt said "We have nothing to fear but fear itself". Now we have a government that says to be afraid of everything. We are scaring ourselves into rash actions that have proved to be costly and wrong. We need to look at the issues with a jaundiced eye and realize that what we are being told is not always true or in our best interests. If we end the false flag wars, we would have more than enough to offer our people health care and education so that they do not start their careers in massive debt."

ANGELICA DUEÑas - CONGRESS
Angelica Dueñas is the Green Party candidate running for Congress in California District 29. Angelica is a mother of 5 amazing kids and wife to a supporting and loving husband. As a Green, she accepts no corporate money, and so she is beholden to the people of her district and not big money interests.
Christopher "America" Carlson - Governor
One of three Green Party Candidates for Governor. At the age of ten, he toured the country with "Les Miserables" and continued his studies in Theatre across the country in Colorado and Chicago.
John Muir's legacy inspired the creation of "Guber: the 2018 Campaign Musical." With puppets and music, we can change politics dramatically. It's what you leave behind that counts.
"Please do not make any contributions to this campaign. If you must throw money away for politics' sake, find a local animal shelter or aquarium and help them pay the rent. Lastly, Thanks to the friends and family I have tormented with this idea. Wouldn't even be alive without you."
Check out Josh Jones and Veronika Fimbres!!!
ERIK Rydberg - CA Secretary of State
As an indigenous person whose family has been living on the Sonoma coastline of California for over 10,000 years I have a deep respect for tradition. One of the oldest traditions of this continent is Democracy. The oldest still functioning democracy in the world belongs to the Iroquois Confederacy. I intend to honor this decision making process and to honor where it came from as California's Secretary of State. Democracy is the backbone of any just and free society and must be protected from those who would attempt to dishonor and manipulate it. Every vote must be counted, every time. As your next Secretary of State I will ensure that every vote cast by California citizens is counted... we will count them twice if we have to.
CAROL BOULDIN - CA ASSEMBLY
We can create a California that offers universal healthcare, tuition-free state colleges and universities, affordable housing, holds big polluters accountable, end the theft of our precious water, ban the destructive practice of fracking, municipalize our utilities and convert to clean energy, build a rail system that serves the whole state, provide high-speed Internet for every community, and rebuild our infrastructure, creating thousands of jobs in the process.
We can do this by making large corporations pay their fair share of taxes, by eliminating corporate welfare, closing the commercial property tax loophole, by passing Single Payer healthcare which removes the corporate middlemen--insurance companies and pharmaceuticals--from healthcare, incentivizing worker-owned enterprises, creating a state bank to offer low-cost loans, by changing the regressive tax policies that put the burden on small businesses, the middle class, and the poor and substituting a graduated, progressive tax rate, taxing natural resource extraction and use, as well as waste and pollution, creating a carbon tax on fossil fuels, instituting True Cost Pricing (TCP) for goods and services, and by making companies pay royalties for the use of California’s natural resources—timber, oil, minerals, and water. This would reverse years of governmental austerity and replace it with prosperity for the people of the great state of California!
JOSH JONES - CA GOVERNOR
2018 is a time of historic change. The status quo is collapsing. The Occupy movement and the Bernie Sanders campaign demonstrated the thirst for an end to politics-as-usual in favor of politics of the 99%; with an economy which only serves the elite, a housing market in turmoil, and our planet on the verge of disaster, we could win everything, or we could lose everything.
Our platform is one of radical transformation in fields such as healthcare, energy and environment, expanding free public education to include optional college, and a Green New Deal for California.
Veronika Fimbres - CA GOVERNOR WRITE-IN CANDIDATE
"I have a track record of not just making history, but using it to the good of all. According to the LGBT Museum, I am a living legend, as this is not my first time at the "rodeo!" I have been an activist since a child.
"I am the first Trans Officer in the History of the City and County of San Francisco, serving under the Board of Supervisors, and at the pleasure of Mayor's Willie Brown, Jr., Gavin Newsom, and Ed Lee. I was Lavender Co-Chair of the "Re-Elect Willie Brown," campaign, and later, Precinct Captain for Matt Gonzalez, who ran as a Green Party Candidate for Mayor of San Francisco. I have set, and helped to set policy on everything from bathrooms, Jails, and getting Veterans to the VA Hospital.
"On the Ryan White Care Council, I worked with the State, and was able to get $80,000 in "rollover" funding to provide training to Health Care Providers, so that they could appropriately treat transgender clients who presented to them for services. I did City Contract Compliance, and was the reason that throughout the Nation and possibly the world, that the gender binary system, is no longer the norm on documents that inquire a persons "sex!"
KENNETH MEJIA - Congress
Kenneth is a 27 year-old first generation Filipino-American who is a member of the Green Party and is a candidate for California’s Congressional District 34. He ran for this same seat during the 2016 Democratic Primary as a write-in candidate and as a Green Party member in the 2017 Special Election. Like so many, he began with no interest in politics but was inspired by Presidential Candidate, Senator Bernie Sanders. Kenneth organized and helped get out the vote in Los Angeles and he traveled with other Bernie supporters to the 2016 Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia to support Bernie. After the DNC, Kenneth realized that the Democratic Party wasn't for him and was immediately inspired by Dr. Jill Stein, the Green Party Presidential candidate, to become a Green. Kenneth agrees with Bernie & Jill that big money in politics is corrupting our democracy and our way of life. His ambition is to serve, empower, and improve the lives of the constituents of District 34: the working class, millennials, people of color, immigrants, senior citizens, LGBTQ and all of the 99%
Miguel Zuñiga - Congress
I'm not a Politician, I'm a Person prepared to do a Politicians job! They have refused to represent the People over the Corporations that have bought them.
What we'll bring to the table? We will fight for #ElectionIntegrity. We will continue to fight for #SinglePayerNow. We will push for #UniversalBasicIncome. We will push for Startup Funding for Coops. Every city of my district should have one or more #CommunityGardens. #FreeBasicWiFi in each city. I will push to over turn Citizens United. Expanding Social Security.
Michael Feinstein - CA Secretary of State
Michael Feinstein is a former City Councilmember and Mayor of Santa Monica. He served on the City Council for two four-year terms between 1996 and 2004, and as Mayor from 2000-2002. Born in Athens, Greece, Feinstein was adopted by American parents and brought back to the United States when he was four months old. Raised in St. Louis Park, MN (a suburb of Minneapolis), he graduated from St. Louis Park High School in 1977, then majored in philosophy and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1982 from Carleton College in Northfield, MN. In between his second and third years at Carleton, Feinstein took a year off and backpacked in 15 countries in Latin America, Southern Europe, Northern Africa and the Middle East. That started a patten continuing to this day, with Feinstein having traveled in over 45 countries, gaining knowledge and openness to possibilities as he’s learned about different cultures and places all over the world.

BARRY HERMANSON - US CONGRESS
"I am running to be Nacy Pelosi's only opponent in the November General Election."
LEWIS ELBINGER - US CONGRESS
I am running as a Green Party candidate because the words “People, Planet, Peace” are prominent in the Green political platform and my own. The Green Party bridges the red and blue ends of the political spectrum, finding common ground to replace conflict. For the many conscientious voters who are deeply disappointed by both major corporate parties, my candidacy offers a real choice. I am a retired diplomatic officer who holds two Masters degrees and has 28 years of experience in international management and conflict resolution. My message is:
Government with Heart,
Vote your Conscience,
I stand with the Green Party, I stand with the progressive Bernie Sanders movement and I stand with you in our efforts to create “the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible” (economist Charles Eisenstein).
NICKOLAS WILDSTAR - Libertarian candidate for ca Governor
The people of California are over-taxed and over-worked, which is fatiguing the state! Broken promises made by the Democrats and Republicans have done nothing but cripple Californians from living lives of prosperity.
A fresh start with new ideas is exactly what Libertarian candidate Nickolas Wildstar plans to deliver, once elected Governor of California! Cutting taxes, reducing the size of government, and ending the corruption in government are all key initiatives to his campaign platform that, once put into place, will 'Bring Back Liberty' to the great state of California!
Please be sure to donate and help fight against crony capitalist politics and defend freedom, liberty, and justice for ALL!
